Welcome to 9 By 9! Overwhelmed? Just type host and press enter to play!
Controls:
WASD or Arrow keys to move
Space bar or z to open build menu
Shift or X to open repair menu
Ctrl or C to open break menu
How to play:
type "host" to start
run into the brown pixels (wood) to collect resources
Use the wood to build (space)
run into water to place a platform at the cost of wood
run into enemies to damage them
You can build walls, which damage enemies when they damage the wall
You can build a healing block and stand on it to heal
You can place a trap that will damage enemies that stand on top of it
You can build a door that enemies cannot go through but you can
Commands:
some commands are in two steps
you type the command and press enter to select it
Then type the value you want to change and press enter to finish the command.
GAME SETUP COMMANDS
Type "host" to host a game
Type "join" or "ip" to then type the hosts ip address
Press Backspace or delete to delete everything typed
GAME PRESETS
Type "easy" for easy game preset
Type "medium" for medium game preset
Type "hard" for hard game preset
Type "insane" for insane game preset
Type "onomatopoeia" for a game preset as tough as spelling onomatopoeia
Type "water" for a majority water map
Type "mini" for a mini map
Type "mini challenge" for a harder mini map
VARIABLE COMMANDS:
Type "map size" to change the variable: map size
Type "river length" to change the variable: river length
Type "river width" to change the variable: river width
Type "mountain size" to change the variable: mountain size
Type "mountain amount" to change the variable: mountain amount
Type "tree amount" to change the variable: tree amount
Type "puddle size" to change the variable: puddle size
Type "puddle amount" to change the variable: puddle amount
Type "enemy multiplier" to change the variable: enemy multiplier

Extract the zip file to play, run console for a cmd window that gives feedback on commands you type

cool concept, but its way too hard. maybe make it so the movement is wasd and the build menu is arrow keys?
I've broken it by being afk after I die and now it seems I've beaten 81 waves![]()

strange, the game only shows a grey screen when opened
type host and press enter
when I open the game it is giving me a grey screen
edit: nvm I got it to work, but when I type in the console it does not show up. I can still type commands though I just cant see what I am typing

Hey, if you mean an actual server where friends connect from different wifi connections, you will have to do something complex called port forwarding
if you just mean on the same wifi, go to CMD and type ipconfig, press enter and it will show addresses. you want you friends to join your IPv4 address. Hope that helps
